The golden rule in the flooring industry is to order 5% to 10% more than your actual square footage. This covers "wastage" during installation—like cutting planks to fit corners or replacing a piece that might get damaged during the process.

Don’t worry! While we pack everything securely, sometimes things happen during transit. If more than 10% of your order is damaged, take a photo immediately and note it on the delivery document. Contact us within 10 days, and we will resolve it for you.

We deliver directly to your driveway. Since flooring pallets are heavy, the driver will use a lift-gate to lower the product to the ground. Please make sure there is a clear, flat space for the delivery.
