01 180-Day (6 Month) Return Window
At Flooring Click, we offer a comprehensive 180-day return window for most products from the date of delivery. This extended period ensures you have sufficient time to coordinate your project while maintaining peace of mind.
02 Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a successful return and full credit (minus applicable fees), the following standards must be met:
- Products must be in brand-new, resaleable condition.
- Boxes must remain completely sealed. Opened boxes are strictly non-returnable due to the sensitivity of flooring materials.
- Items must be stored in a climate-controlled environment, free from moisture or weather damage.
- Returned items must be palletized and secured as they were originally delivered to prevent transit damage.
03 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our 180-day return policy:
- Loose planks or opened boxes.
- Installed or partially installed materials.
- Product samples and clearance/final sale items.
- Special order or customized flooring solutions.
04 Return Shipping & Logistics
Return freight coordination and all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reputable freight carrier with tracking and insurance services, as Flooring Click is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
05 Restocking Fees
Consistent with our supply chain partners, returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee covers internal warehouse handling, thorough quality inspection, and inventory processing.
06 How to Process Your Return
To initiate your return within the 180-day window, please follow these steps:
- Email **reply@flooringclick.com** with your order details and high-resolution photos showing the sealed condition of the boxes.
- Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Affix the RMA clearly to your shipment and send it to our designated warehouse.
07 Refund Approval
Once the product is received at our facility and has passed a visual and physical inspection, we will process your refund. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of the inspection approval.
